Our professional dental staff is here to assist you through all aspects of your ongoing dental care during your visits to our office. Our Administrative Team members facilitate your visit by coordinating your appointments, handling all aspects of your insurance, and making whatever financial arrangements are necessary. We try to answer any questions you may have concerning our office.

Office Manager

Anh is the heartbeat of our front office and has been keeping things running smoothly as our dental office manager for over 15 years. With a warm smile and a sharp eye for detail, she handles everything from scheduling appointments and coordinating insurance claims to managing day-to-day operations and supporting both patients and staff. Her ability to juggle a busy schedule while making every patient feel welcome and cared for is what truly sets her apart. Whether she’s helping you understand your treatment plan or answering questions about your benefits, Anh is here to make your experience seamless from start to finish.

HYGIENISTS

Our hygienists help you maintain your overall oral health through periodic hygiene appointments, which include an oral cancer screening exam, periodontal screening exam, yearly x-rays to help diagnose dental decay and periodontal disease, cleaning and polishing of the teeth, and where necessary, the definitive periodontal charting. For those patients who have more serious periodontal conditions, our hygienists do scaling and root planing to eliminate the source of infection from below the gum line and, where necessary, also irrigate periodontal pockets with antimicrobial agents or inject these pockets with a time-released antibiotic which works for over a 20 day period, helping to promote reattachment of the gum tissue to the tooth. Our hygienists help educate you about brushing, flossing, and using other aids to help keep your entire mouth healthy and will inform you about fluoride, hydroxyapatite and other products which may help prevent decay and maintain healthy gums, and breath products to help prevent bad breath. They are a good source of information about the cosmetic procedures we offer such as bleaching, bonding, veneers, all porcelain crowns and white fillings.

Anxhela Kapaj, R.D.H

Dental Hygienist

Anxhela (pronounced Angela) is a dedicated dental hygienist known for her compassionate approach and commitment to personalized, preventive dental care. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their oral health. Originally from Albania, Anxhela moved to the United States as a teenager and has since built a strong academic and clinical foundation. She earned her undergraduate degree from UMass Amherst and went on to complete her dental hygiene training at Regis College. Anxhela believes that exceptional dental care begins with connection. She takes the time to get to know each patient, understand their needs, and provide thoughtful education to support long-term oral health. With a gentle touch and attention to detail, she strives to make every visit a positive and reassuring experience. Outside of the office, Anxhela enjoys staying active, listening to music, and spending meaningful time with her family and friends. She has also recently discovered a love for Scrabble.

With over 30 years at our practice, Elaine is a familiar and trusted face to generations of patients. Her loyal following speaks to the exceptional care, professionalism, and personal connection she brings to every appointment. Outside the office, Elaine is just as passionate and driven—she’s a former Team Psycho triathlete and now channels her energy into wildlife photography, capturing stunning images that reflect her keen eye and appreciation for nature.

Loan adds an enthusiastic, fun and motivated approach to dental hygiene. She completed her undergraduate degree at UMass Amherst and went on to complete the hygiene program at MCPHS. She has been a part of our team ever since! She will educate you about the latest tips, tricks and tools to keep your mouth extra clean and cavity free. She loves spending time with her fiancé, playing videos games and exploring new restaurants. We're thrilled to have Loan on the team and can't wait for you to meet her.

DENTAL ASSISTANTS

Our dental assistants assist the dentist with your dental treatment, and help you feel more relaxed and comfortable during your visit. They inform you about the nature of the treatment you are getting, why you need it and what steps are involved, and explain what will be done at additional visits. They also can inform you about other procedures you may be interested in. They take x-rays to help diagnose problems you may have and use our iTero 3-D scanner for oral health mapping. They go over instructions for follow up home care and help set up your next appointment to best meet your needs.
